Working on a track frame, roller frame or rear axle means getting at every side of it. The Raptor Rotisserie carries the component on a pair of stands and turns it a full 360 degrees on a slew drive, so each side comes to the crew instead of the crew working around the machine.
How does the rotisserie work?
Every SS2495 stand leaves Raptor with the pump, motor and pendant installed. Nothing to mount, tap or drill.
Roll the stand into position on its spring loaded casters.
Fill it with ISO 46 hydraulic fluid.
Turn the load from the pendant.
Put the component in the stands and turn it to the work.
What machines does it fit?
One pair of stands carries the dozer and rear axle line. Pick the adapter set for the machine and the component, and the same stands do the rest. Only the D10 and D11 track frame adapters (SS2639, SS2640 and SS2641) need the full 30,000 lb SS2495. Everything else can run on the 15,000 lb SS2638.

Why use a rotisserie on a track frame?
A frame that sits on the floor only shows its crew one side at a time. Once it is in the stands, the crew can turn it to wherever the work is, with the pump, motor and pendant doing the rotating. Put the frame in the stands, turn it to the work, and let the crew GSD® from the side that suits the job.
