RaptorPlate
RaptorPlate® is a high chrome carbide overlay (CCO) plate engineered for the most abrasive wear environments in mining, power generation, material handling, and construction. Even distribution of primary carbides and low dilution with the backing plate base material means consistent wear life from the first hour to the last.
Even distribution of primary carbides across the full plate surface. Low dilution with the backing steel for maximum overlay integrity. ASTM G-65 wear abrasion test result: 0.162 mass loss. Available in flat plate, rolled pipe, and custom laser-scanned wear kit configurations.
Dozer blades, truck box liners, ERS and HMS dipper liner kits, chutes, hoppers, rolled pipes, cone crusher components, and high-wear fixed plant surfaces. Used across mining, quarrying, power generation, and heavy construction.
